On June 9, 2021, police responded to a report of an intoxicated female in the laneway of the 300 block of 10th street at approximately 9:30 am.  The 39-year-old female was in no condition to care for herself.  She was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

On June 9, 2021 at 5:00 pm, police responded to a report of an intoxicated female walking into traffic in the 300 block of Park Ave E.  The 27-year-old female was in no condition to care for herself.  She was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

 

Arrest Warrants

On June 9, 2021, police responded to a report of an intoxicated male passed out in the 600 block of Dennis St shortly before 10:00 am.  Police learned that the 34-year-old male was the subject of an outstanding arrest warrant.  The male was arrested an lodged to appear in court later in the day on charges of Possess Property Obtained by Crime, Fail to Attend Court, Drive Suspended, and Refuse Demand.

On June 9, 2021, police located and arrested a 36-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Comply with Probation.  He was later released to appear in court on July 8, 2021.

On June 9, 2021, police located an arrested a 35-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Attend Court.  He was later released to appear in court on July 5, 2021.

 

Fail to Comply with Undertaking

On June 9, 2021, police conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of 10th street shortly before 3:00 pm.  A 33-year-old male passenger was to abide by conditions preventing him from having contact with another passenger.  He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today on a charge of Fail to Comply with Undertaking.

 

Breach of the Peace

On June 9, 2021 at approximately 8:30 pm, police responded to a report of a disturbance at an apartment building.  A 41-year-old male tenant was intoxicated, and his behavior was causing concern for the other tenants.  To prevent his behavior from escalating, he was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

 

Fail to Comply with Undertaking

On June 10, 2021 shortly after 1:00 am, police located a 16-year-old male pedestrian who was to abide by a curfew.  He was arrested and later released to appear in court on August 31, 2021, on a charge of Fail to Comply with Undertaking.
