Theft Under $5000

On July 9, 2023, at approximately 1:00 pm, police responded to a report that a male suspect stole grocery items from a business in the 900 block of Victoria shortly after 11:00 am, and again just before 1:00 pm.  Police located and arrested the 44-year-old male nearby.  He was lodged at Brandon Police Service to appear in court today on charges of Theft Under $5000 X2 and Fail to Comply with Release Order X2.

 

Breach of the Peace

On July 9, 2023, police responded to a 911 call from a business in the 1400 block of 1st street N shortly before 6:00 pm.  An intoxicated 43-year-old male was spitting on the countertops, and arguing with everyone in the business.  He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

 

Breach of the Peace

On July 10, 2023 shortly before 3:00 am, police responded to a report of an intoxicated female who was throwing items around at a residence.  The homeowner no longer wanted her there, but needed assistance in having her removed.  The 27-year-old female was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

 

Break and Enter to Business

On July 10, 2023 at approximately 4:00 am, police responded to an alarm at a business in the 200 block of Rosser Ave.  Investigation revealed that suspects attempted to break into the building through a small window.  Nothing appeared to be stolen.
