MISCHIEF TO PROPERTY 

At 343 pm on December 10^th, 2021 police responded to a complaint of a man who had broken the window out of a bus shelter in the downtown area. A 29 year old Brandon man was located a short distance away and arrested and charged accordingly. The man was released on an Appearance Notice to appear in Brandon Court on February 3^rd, 2022. 

IPDA 

At 130 am on December 11^th, 2021 Police located a highly intoxicated 39 year old Brandon man walking along the 900 blk of Victoria Avenue. Police attempted to find a sober friend to look after him for the evening but were unsuccessful. The man was held at BPS till sober and subsequently released.

BREACH OF RELEASE ORDER 

At 235 am on December 11^th, 2021 Police located a 47 year old Brandon man who was a passenger in a motor vehicle. As it turned out the man was out past his Court Ordered curfew and as a result he was arrested for breaching his Court Order and subsequently released on an Appearance Notice to appear in Brandon Court on February 14th, 2022.
