Arrest Warrant Executed
At approx. 12:10 PM Friday, officers attended to an address in the 900 block of Rosser on an unrelated matter. While there they spoke with a 50 year old male who turned out to be the subject of a Warrant of Arrest from Neepawa RCMP for the charge of Impaired Driving and Drive while over .08. The male was arrested on the strength of the warrant, and has since been released to appear in court on September 26 in Minnedosa MB.
At approx. 12:30 AM today, officers checked an 18 year old female walking on Pacific Ave. The female was known to the officers to be the subject of an outstanding Warrant of Arrest. She was arrested on the strength of the Warrant for the charge of failing to comply with a Probation Order. She has been released with a court date of November 16 in Brandon.
Breach of the Peace
At approx. 5:20 AM today, officers were called to a residence in the 1200 block of Rosser Ave. The caller indicated that an intoxicated male was at the residence and was asked to leave. The 34 year old male had left the apartment, however was banging on the door in an attempt to get back in. Officers attended and located the intoxicated male. Attempts to find a sober individual to care for him failed, so he was held in custody until sober to ensure his safety.
