Theft Under $5,000
At 9:54 am, Police were called to a business in the 900 block of 18th St N for a male that had returned after stealing $250 worth of merchandise the previous evening. The 31 year old male was located in the area and was arrested and released on an appearance notice.
Fail to Comply with Release Order
At 2:23 am, Police conducted a traffic stop and found one of the occupants of the vehicle was on a release order with a curfew condition. The 25 year old male was arrested and held for court in the morning.
Break and Enter
At 5:17 am, a report of a possible break and enter was received stating that a male had just broken into a garage in the 700 block of 13th St. The 38 year old male suspect was arrested in the area and was charged with Break and Enter and was held for court.
