Fail to Comply with Release Order

On November 7, 2023, shortly before 8:00 pm, police responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence. An intoxicated 33-year-old male was behaving in a threatening manner towards others at the home and was no longer welcome. Police learned he was to abide by release conditions not to be at the residence, and he was wanted on outstanding charges of Assault with a Weapon, Assault, Fail to Comply with Release Order X2. He was lodged at Brandon Police Service following his arrest and will appear in court today with two new charges of Fail to comply with Release Order.

 

Stolen Vehicle – Recovered

On November 7, 2023, at approximately 7:00 pm, police recovered a stolen vehicle as it was parked and unoccupied in the 400 block of 12th street. The 2022 grey Hyundai with Saskatchewan license 798 NDL had been stolen earlier in the day from the 3100 block of Victoria Ave.

Arrest Warrant

On November 8, 2023, shortly after 2:00 am, police conducted a vehicle stop in the 3100 block of Victoria Ave. An occupant of the vehicle, a 30-year-old female, was found to be wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Comply with Probation X2 and Fail to Attend Court. She was arrested and later released to appear in court on December 28, 2023.

 

Fail to Comply with Probation

On November 8, 2023, at 3:00 am, police observed a 29-year-old male walking in the 200 block of 9thy street.  The male was to abide by a curfew and was arrested. He was later released to appear in court on December 28, 2023, on a charge of Fail to Comply with Probation.

 

Mischief Under $5000

On November 7, 2023, shortly after 1:00 pm, police received a report that a male had just threw something at a business window in the 900 block of Rosser Ave, causing it to break. The 25-year-old male suspect was located and arrested nearby. He was found to be in possession of a knife contrary to a court order. He was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today on charges of Mischief Under $5000, Fail to Comply with Court Order and Carry Concealed Weapon.
