Attempt Break and Enter
On April 5, 2022, shortly before 4:00 pm, police responded to a report of an individual trying to gain entry in to the common area of an apartment building in the 900 block of Braecrest Drive using a putty knife. Police located an arrested the 33-year-old male suspect nearby. He was released to appear in court on May 30, 2022 on charges of Attempt Break and Enter and Possess Break in Instruments.
Breach of Peace
On April 5, 2022 shortly after 10:00 pm, police responded to a report of an unwanted male in an apartment. It was the second location that the male had worn out his welcome that evening. To prevent any further issues, the 29-year-old male was lodged at Brandon Police Service.
Assault
On April 6, 2022, shortly after 3:00 am, police responded to a report of an assault at an apartment. Investigation revealed that the 21-year-old male suspect assaulted the victim, causing minor injuries. He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service sue to his intoxication level. He will be released once sober to appear in court on May 9, 2022 on a charge of Assault.
