Assault Causing Bodily Harm

At 0550 hrs, police were called to a residence in the 500 block of Louise Ave for a domestic disturbance. It was learned that the male subject had attempted to light the apartment on fire by igniting a pizza box and a dog bed. When his girlfriend confronted him, she was greeted with a punch in her face. The male then fled the residence where police were able to locate him a short time later. The 26 year old male was arrested for attempted arson, failing to comply with release order and assault causing bodily harm. He was held in custody to appear before the courts.

Assault Causing Bodily Harm

At 1030 hrs, members attended to a residence in the 800 block of 13th street for a report of a disturbance. While high on methamphetamine, a 35 year old male punched his girlfriend, choked her and threatened to stab her with a needle. During the course of the investigation, it was learned that back in July, this male had assaulted her and also stabbed her with a pair of scissors. The male was arrested on scene for assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm, assault and assault by choking. He was held in custody to appear before the courts.

Intoxicated person 

At 2230 hrs, police attended to a hotel in the 1100 block of 18th street for a highly intoxicated male that was yielding a steel rod. The 28 year old male was intoxicated to the point where he was unable to care for himself and was therefore lodged until sober.

Intoxicated Person

At 0030 hrs, police attended to a residence in the 100 block of 11th street to remove a highly intoxicated individual. A 37 year old male was lodged until sober.
