Assault

On October 2, 2023, at approximately 1:00 pm, police responded to a report of a female who appeared to be checking doors in the 200 block of 5th street.  A witness confronted the suspect, who then spit in their face.  Police identified and located the 37-year-old female.  Following her arrest, she was later released to appear in court on December 14, 2023, on a charge of Assault.

 

Theft Under $5000

On September 25, 2023, police responded to a report of the theft of merchandise rom a business in the 900 block of Victoria Ave.  The suspect fled, but the 29-year-old male was identified and arrested on October 2, 2023.  He was released to appear in court on December 11, 2023, on a charge of Theft Under $5000.

 

Fail to Comply with Release Order

On October 3, 2023, at approximately 1:30 am, police came across a 29-year-old male pedestrian in the 100 block of 1st street, who was to abide by a daily curfew and other conditions.  He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service to appear in court today on charges of Fail to comply with Release Order X3 and Fail to Comply with Undertaking.

 

Arrest Warrants

On October 2, 2023, police located and arrested a 40-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Attend Court.  He was lodged at Brandon Police Service to appear in court.

On October 3, 2023, at approximately 3:00 am, police located and arrested two female youth who were wanted on outstanding charges.  The 12-year-old female, and 15-year-old female were released to a responsible adult to appear in court on December 12, 2023, on charges of Assault and Uttering Threats.
