Break and Enter.
On August 2nd, 2023 a resident in the 300 blk. 16th St. reported that their home had been broken into sometime overnight. Several items were stolen and Police continue to investigate.
Mischief.
On August 2nd, 2023 Police arrested a 24 yr. old Brandon Man for Mischief after he had caused damage to an office in the 300blk. 9th St. the male was released to appear in court October 3rd, 2023 on a charge of Mischief Under $5000.
Theft.
On Aug 2nd, 2023 Police located and arrested a 28 year old Brandon man who had been observed on August 1st, 2023 stealing a number of items from a business in the 900blk. Victoria Ave. The male was released to appear in court on September 25th, 2023 on a charge of Theft Under $5000.
Breach of Release Order.
On August 3rd, 2023 at approximately 1am Police located a 26 yr. old Brandon man in the Regent Cr. area causing a disturbance. The male was found to be currently bound by a Release Order with a curfew condition that he was breaching. The male was arrested and lodged until sober when he will be released to appear in court September 14th, 2023 on a charge of Breach of Release Order.
Warrants Executed.
On August 2nd, 2023 at 11:45am Police conducted a Traffic stop in the 1100blk. College Ave. The passenger in the vehicle, a 37 yr. old male from Sioux Valley FN, was found to have several Unendorsed Arrest Warrants in effect. The male was arrested and will appear in court this morning.
On August 3rd, 2023, just after Midnight, Police checked a 46 yr. old Brandon Man in the 700blk. Rosser Ave. The man was found to have an Endorsed Warrant of Arrest for the charge of Fail to Attend Court. He was arrested and released with a court date of September 14th, 2023.
On August 3rd, 2023, just before 2:30am, Police checked a male in the 2500blk. Victoria Ave. This 43 yr. old male from Brandon was found to have 2 Unendorsed Warrants of Arrest for the charge of Fail to Attend Court. The male was arrested and held in custody to attend court this morning.
