Assault

On July 31, 2023 at 9:30 pm, police responded to a report of an assault at a residence.  The adult male victim received minor injuries that did not require medical attention.  The 23-year-old male suspect was arrested when he returned to the home.  He was later released and will appear in court on August 31, 2023 on a charge of Assault.

 

IPDA

On July 31, 2023 at 8:00 pm, police were flagged down by individuals in the 600 block of Rosser Ave.  An intoxicated 23-year-old female was unable to care for herself, and there was nobody else to look after her.  She was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will be released once sober.

 

Arrest Warrants

On July 31, 2023, police located and arrested a 21-year-old female who was wanted on outstanding charges of Mischief Under $5000.  She was later released to appear in court on September 14, 2023.

On July 31, 2023, police located and arrested a 29-year-old female who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Attend Court.  She was lodged at Brandon Police Service to appear in court.

On July 31, 2023, a 25-year-old female attended to Brandon Police Service, as she was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Attend Court.  She was later released to appear on September 14, 2023.

On July 31, 2023, police located and arrested a 36-year-old male who was wanted on a DNA Warrant.  He was released once the DNA sample was obtained.
