REQUEST

To vary Table 10 under Section 51 of the Zoning By-law by decreasing the following: reverse corner side yard from 4.6m to 3.0m; front yard from 4.6m to 4.6m to 3.0m; and Section 22(b) of the Zoning By-law by decreasing the required side yard in between two principal buildings from 6.0m to 2.87m in the Residential Moderate Density (RMD) Zone.
