Programs Refund Policy

Program Refunds

Registered Programs            

All program registrations must be paid in full at the time of registration.

Withdrawing from a registered program is subject to the following refund:

  • Full refund will be issued if withdrawal is more than 14 days prior to program start date;
  • Refund minus a $15.00 administrative fee will be issued if withdrawals are submitted 7-14 days prior to program start date;
  • No refund will be given if withdrawal is less than 7 days prior to program start date;
  • Prorated refund may be granted for medical reasons; and
  • All refund requests must be approved by a manager.

Transfers will be permitted up to 7 days prior to the start of the program with no administrative fee.

Circumstances beyond our control, such as pool foulings or mechanical issues, will result in a make-up class.  If a make-up class is not possible a Brandon Community Sportsplex – Free Entry Coupon will be issued.

Full refunds will be issued if a course is cancelled.

Drop In Programs                  

All attendees must pay prior to attending a Drop In Program.

No refunds will be issued for Drop In Programs.  For circumstances beyond our control, such as pool foulings or mechanical issues where the majority of the Drop In Program is effected, a Brandon Community Sportsplex – Free Entry Coupon will be issued.

Membership & Punch Cards                      

Membership and punch cards must be paid in full prior to use.

Requests for prorated refunds must be submitted in writing and are subject to management approval.

All membership and punch card cancellations are subject to a $15.00 administrative fee.
