Damage to Property
On May 30th, Police received a report that a female suspect had smashed out a window at a business located in the 700 block of Princess Ave. The suspect was identified and located on Saturday June 7th. The 19year-old was subsequently charged for Mischief to Property Under $5000 and released on an Undertaking to appear in court in August.
Warrants Executed
- On Saturday June 7th, Police attended the residence of a female suspect as she was the subject of an Arrest Warrant. The 47year-old accused was held at BPS to appear in Court in the morning.
- On Saturday June 7th, at approximately 11:23pm, Police responded to a fight in the 1100 block of 18th St. One of the individuals identified as being involved, was found to have an Endorsed Warrant of Arrest and furthermore bound by a Release Order with a daily curfew starting at 10pm. The 19year-old was charged accordingly and released on an Appearance Notice.
Breach Release Order
On Sunday morning June 8th, at 3am, Police conducted a pedestrian check in the 1500 block of Richmond Ave. The 40year-old male was found to have a curfew condition on his court issued Release Order. He was arrested and lodged in the cells at BPS to appear in Court in the morning.
