Intimate Partner Violence/ Breach of Court Orders
At 6:13PM on December 24th, Police were called to a north-end residence for an intoxicated 32y/o male causing a disturbance. Police attended and learned that the male was the subject of two court orders prohibiting him from being at that residence and having contact with the home owner. The male was arrested and held for court.
At 8:45PM on December 25th, Police attended a west-end residence for a complaint of domestic violence. Allegedly, a 31y/o male assaulted and threatened his partner. Injuries did not require medical treatment. The male was located at the residence by police, he was arrested and charged with 2 counts of assault and uttering threats. He later released with a court date.
At 03:34AM, Police attended to an east-end home for an intoxicated male causing a disturbance. A 24y/o male was found to be the subject of the complaint and bound by a court order with a curfew and abstain from alcohol condition. He was arrested and held for release when sober with a court date.
Intoxicated/disturbances
Overnight, three young adults were taken into custody in three separate, unrelated incidents involving extreme intoxication. In all cases, the subjects were located, medically cleared and taken into custody to prevent harm to themselves. As family was unable to care for them, they will be held and released when sober.
