Highlights for the Past 24 Hours:
Assault
At 3:45 pm, a female reported being assaulted by a 28-year-old male at a residence on Bison Way. The male was arrested and charged with assault and also arrested on his unendorsed warrant for failing to comply with his release order. He was held in custody for court in the morning.
Uttering Threats
At 9:41 am, a female reported receiving death threats from a 53-year-old male. At 11:00 am, the male was located in the 1500 block of Parker Blvd and was arrested and released on an undertaking.
Warrants
At 10:20 am, 37-year-old female was located in the 700 block of Rosser Ave and found to have an endorsed warrant under the sex offender registry act. She was arrested and released for a later court date.
At 12:34 pm, a 36-year-old male turned himself in to BPS as he was aware he had an outstanding warrant under the sex offender registry act. He was arrested and given appearance notice to appear in court at a later date.
Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Meth
At 11:04 pm, a traffic stop was done in the 100 block of 18th St N as the driver had committed a highway traffic offence. Further investigation resulted in 20 grams of meth being located in the vehicle along with items related to trafficking drugs and small amount of cash. As a result, a 28-year-old female, a 37-year-old female, and 34-year-old female were all charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking meth. All 3 accused were held in custody for court.
