To amend the planned unit development approved under Conditional Use Order C-06-14-B by reducing the minimum required parking spaces from 196 to 144 and by amending the height of buildings 1 & 5 from 3 to 4 storeys and buildings 2 & 3 from 4 to 3 storeys in the RMD Residential Moderate Density Multiple Family Zone.
