Variance: 418 - 8th Street (V-27-15-B) (Ward 2)


To allow for the rebuilding of a non-conforming building in the HMU Mixed Use Zone and to extend the permitted time period for a non-conforming use to be discontinued and still be considered legally non-conforming from twelve (12) months to twenty-four (24) months, as per provision 91(2) (c & d) of the Planning Act.

Purpose: To allow for the rebuilding of a single family house.
