Sportsplex Arena Bookings
The City of Brandon manages arena ice through two seasonal booking intakes each year. User groups submit requests online, after which ice time is allocated and draft permits are issued. Once seasonal allocations are complete, any remaining ice is offered on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Please note that some bookings may need to be adjusted to accommodate priority events such as playoff games
Seasonal Booking Deadlines
Fall/Winter Season
• Booking request deadline: June 1
• Draft permits issued: July 1
• Permit return deadline: Within 15 business days
Spring/Summer Season
• Booking request deadline: January 1
• Draft permits issued: February 1
• Permit return deadline: Within 15 business days
Additional Information
• All booking requests must be submitted online at www.brandon.ca.
• Remaining ice after allocations is sold first come, first served.
• User groups may be required to move or cancel bookings for priority events.
