To amend the Zoning By-law to include updated regulations and standards for development downtown and to rezone properties from HUB Entertainment & Shopping (HES) Zone to Downtown Central Business (DCB) Zone, and to rezone properties from Parks and Recreation (PR), HUB Transitional (HTR), HUB Mixed Use (HMU) and HUB Entertainmentt & Shopping (HES) Zones to Downtown Mixed Use (DMU) Zone.

PURPOSE

To to update standards and regulations for developing in Downtown Brandon
