REQUEST

To vary Table 1 of the Zoning By-law to increase the maximum permitted height of an obstruction in a required front yard from 1.4m to 2.1m, and to increase the maximum permitted height of an obstruction in a required rear and side yard from 1.8m to 2.1m in the OS Open Space Zone.

Purpose: To allow for the development of a fence.
