REQUEST

To vary the City of Brandon Zoning By-law No. 6642 Section 30(e)1 by increasing the maximum floor area of a secondary suite from 40% of the floor area of the principal single family dwelling unit to 43% of the floor area of the principal single family dwelling unit, and by increasing the size of the floor area from a maximum of 80 square meters to 182 square meters in the RSF Residential Single Family Zone.
