REQUEST

To allow for a planned unit development and to vary Part III, Division VII, Section 69, Subsection (d), Clause (3) and (4) by reducing the following in the RSD Residential Single Detached Zone:

  • The required first floor height above the design flood level from 361.4 to 360.1 meters
  • The required finished grade level from 361.1 to 360.1 meters

 And to subdivide one (1) lot in the RSD Residential Single Detached Zone.

Purpose: To allow for the development of a duplex.
