Domestic Assault
On Monday morning, a woman reported a dispute with her boyfriend at a residence in the 700 block of 7th St. Officers attended and arrested a man after the woman advised she had been grabbed and thrown to the ground. The accused, a 53 year old resident of Brandon, was released to appear in court in July.
Breach of Undertaking
A 43 year old Brandon man was arrested on Monday evening for breaching a condition of an undertaking. The man was located on the grounds of Brandon’s airport and is currently on a court order to not attend there. The man was charged with break and enter to a building at the airport earlier this month. He was lodged and later released to appear in court in August.
Breach of Release order
A 19 year old Brandon man was arrested for breaching a release order on Monday night. Witnesses reported a man with no shoes attempting to get into vehicles in the 800 block of 12th St. The accused was located in the area, under the influence of a drug. He was lodged to be released when sober with a court date of July 6th.
Other Arrests
Three people were lodged for Breach of Peace and one person was held under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act.
