A 27-year-old Female from Winnipeg has been charged with Impaired Driving after being stopped in the 3300 block of Pacific Avenue by Police.  She provided breath samples in excess of two times the legal limit.  She has been released from custody to appear in court in December 2021.

A 22-year-old Male from Brandon has been charged with assaulting a police officer.  He was a passenger in the vehicle from the above-impaired driving investigation.  During the investigation, he spit in the face of a Police Officer.  He has been released from custody to appear in court in December 2021.

A 27-year-old Male from Brandon was arrested on the strength of a Warrant of Arrest for Domestic Assault.  Police attended to a call of a disturbance in the 300 Block of 15^th Street.  This Male was a participant in the disturbance and was found to be wanted.  He has since been released on an Undertaking to appear in court November 2^nd.
