Arrest Warrant:

On May 14, 2022, at 9:34 pm, Police conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of 18th Street.  A 28 year old female was located within the vehicle who was found to have a warrant for her arrest.  The female was arrested and detained at the Brandon Police Service to appear before a Justice regarding the matter.

Arrest Warrant:

On May 15, 2022, at 12:39 am, Police encountered a 43 year old male in the 300 block of Princess Avenue who was found to have a warrant for his arrest.  The male was arrested on the strength of the warrant, conveyed and lodged at the Brandon Police Service where he was later released from custody with a future court date.

Breach of Peace:

On May 14, 2022, at 10:51 pm, Police attended Alaska Bay regarding an intoxicated male causing a disturbance.  Police located a 25 year old male who was highly intoxicated.  The male was arrested and lodged at the Brandon Police Service to be released when sober.

On May 15, 2022, at 03:37 am, Police were called to 1100 block of 4th Street regarding a disturbance.  Police located an intoxicated 27 year old male in the area.  The male was arrested and lodged at the Brandon Police Service to be released when sober.

Vehicle Fire:

On May15, 2022, at 04:58 am, Police and Fire were dispatched to Garwood Drive regarding a vehicle on fire.  The vehicle fire was extinguished.  The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

Possession of Weapons for a Dangerous Purpose/Assault with a Weapon:

On May 15, 2022, at 05:59 am, Police were dispatched to a disturbance in the 900 block of Maryland Avenue.  Police encountered several people who had been sprayed with bear mace.  At approximately 6:20 am, two youth males believed to be responsible were located near a business in the 700 block of 10th Street.  The youths were arrested and found to be in possession of bear mace and a knife.  One of the youths was also found to have two outstanding warrants for his arrest.  The youths were conveyed and lodged at the Brandon Police Service to appear before a Justice regarding the matter.
