Arrest Warrant Executed
On June 8, 2023, at approximately 5:15 pm, police conducted traffic stop at 600 block of 17th Street. A check of police records of the driver revealed an outstanding warrant of arrest. 39-year-old female was arrested and transported to BPS. She was released with Appearance Notice to appear in Court on 2023-09-07.
Lodged at BPS under LCGA – Consumption of Liquor by Minor
On June 8, 2023, at approximately 2:00 am, a report was received from BFD stating that they were attending 700 block of 20th Street for a highly intoxicated 16-year-old female who fell and hit her head. Police attended and located another 16-year-old female, who was highly intoxicated as well. Both females were belligerent and uncooperative. Police tried to drop them off at home; however, the parents refused to take them. Due to their highly intoxicated state, both females were transported to BPS and lodged, to be released when sober. Tickets under LCGA – Consumption of Liquor by Minor will be issued.
