Breach of Peace:

On June 30, 2022, at 7:07 pm, police attended a residence in the 600 block of 10th St.,   regarding a disturbance.  Police located a 34 year old male who was found to be the problem.  The male was arrested and lodged at the Brandon Police Service.  The male was released after short stay.

On June 30, 2022, at 8:27 pm, police were called to a residence in the 100 block of Ashgrove Blvd. regarding a 23 year old female causing problems.  The female was arrested and detained at the Brandon Police Service to prevent further problems.  The female was later released after a cool down period.

On June 30, 2022, at 9:59 pm, police attended a business in the 3500 block Victoria Ave. regarding a 30 year old female causing a disturbance.  The intoxicated female was located, arrested and detained at the Brandon Police Service.  She was released when sober.

On July 1, 2022 at 12:24 am, police attended a disturbance on Westaway Bay.  An intoxicated 49 year old male was found to be the problem.  The male was arrested and lodged at the Brandon Police Service to prevent further problems.  He was later released when sober.  

On July 1, 2022, at 1:52 pm, police attended to a residence in the 900 block of 10th St. as an intoxicated male was causing a disturbance.  Police located and arrested 24 year old male who was causing problems.  The male was detained at the Brandon Police service and released when sober.

Arrest Warrant:

On June 30, 2022, at 7:37 pm, police located a 27 year old male in the 500 block of Louise Ave. who was found to have a warrant for his arrest.  The male was arrested and detained at the Brandon Police Service to appear before a Justice regarding the matter.

Arrest Warrant:

On June 30, 2022, at 8:07 pm, Headingly RCMP requested the Brandon Police Service attend the Brandon Correctional Centre regarding an arrest warrant they had issued for a 33 year old female that was in custody within the facility.  The warrant was executed, the female remained in custody and is scheduled to appear before a Justice on the matter.

Arrest Warrant:

On July 1, 2022, at 9: 46 am, the Winnipeg Police Service requested the Brandon Police Service attend the Brandon Correctional Centre regarding an arrest warrant they had issued for a 28 year old male who was in custody within the facility. The warrant was executed and the male remained in custody and is scheduled to appear before a Justice on the matter.

Arrest Warrant:

On July 1, 2022, at 9:25 pm, police attended to a hotel in the 100 block of 18th St. North and located a 27 year old male who was wanted on an outstanding warrant of arrest.  The male was arrested and later released with a future court date.

Arrest Warrant:

On July 2, 2022, at 12:04 am, police conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of 10th St.   The driver of the vehicle was found to have an outstanding arrest warrant.  The 31 year old male driver was arrested and detained at the Brandon Police Service to appear before a Justice regarding the matter.

Arrest Warrant:

On July 2, 2022, at 1:05 am, police located a 28 year old female at a residence in the 1400 block 5th St., who had an outstanding warrant of arrest.  The female was arrested and later released with a future court date.

Theft Under $5000.00:

On June 30, 2022, at 10:58 pm, a 43 year old female turned herself in at the Brandon Police Station, as she was responsible for a theft of property from a business in the 1600 block of 18th St., on June 27, 2022.  The female was released with a future court date.

Breach of Court Order/Prohibited Weapon:

On June 30, 2022, at 11:36 pm, police conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of 15th St.  The 35 year old female driver was found to be bound by a court order not to have any contact with a 35 year old male who was a passenger in the vehicle.  The female was arrested for breaching her court order.  During the investigation, police located a set of Brass Knuckles (prohibited weapon) in the possession of the male passenger.  The male was subsequently arrested for the weapon matter.  Both parties were later released by way of Appearance Notice with future court dates.

Recovered Stolen Vehicle:

On July 1, 2022, at 3:07 pm, a concerned citizen called police regarding a truck that had been left in a parking lot in the 600 block of Douglas St.  The vehicle was found to have be stolen from the Neepawa Manitoba area on or about June 18, 2022.  The stolen vehicle was towed to the Brandon Police Service, investigation ongoing.

Intoxicated Person Detention Act:

On July 1, 2022, at 7:17 pm, police were dispatched to the 000 hundred block of Rosser Ave. regarding an intoxicated female.  An intoxicated 35 year old female was located and arrested.  The female was lodged at the Brandon Police Service to be released when sober.

Impaired Driving:

On July 1, 2022, at 6:16 pm, police were dispatched to a motor vehicle collision in the 200 block of 1st St.  A 28 year old female was located and found to be responsible for the accident.  The female showed signs of impairment and was arrested for impaired driving.  The female later provided breath samples which were nearly twice the legal limit.  The female was later released with a future court date regarding the matter.

On July 2, 2022, at 1:27 am, police were dispatched regarding an impaired driver in the area of a business located in the 1000 block of 18th St.  Police later located the vehicle and driver in the 600 block of Victoria Ave.  The 40 year old male showed signs of impairment and was arrested for impaired driving.  The male later provided breath samples that were 3 times the legal limit.  He was released with a future court date regarding the matter.

Uttering Threats:

On July 1, 2022, at 9:47 pm, police located and arrested a 46 year old male in the 300 block of 10th St.  The male was arrested in regards to threats he had made towards a female earlier in the day.  The male was conveyed and detained at the Brandon Police Service where he will appear before a Justice regarding the matter.
