Breach of Peace:

On 2022-01-23 at 01:09 hrs, Police were called to an address in the 300 block of 7th St. regarding a disturbance.  Police located and arrested an intoxicated 42 year old male.  The male was detained at the Brandon Police Service to be released when sober.

Fail to Comply with Court Order:

On 2022-01-22 at 23:05 hrs, Police located a 27 year old female in the 100 block of 9th St.  The female was found to be bound by a Court Order which included a curfew condition that she was not abiding by.  The female was later released by way of Appearance Notice with a future court date. 

Arrest Warrant:

On 2022-01-22 at approximately 22:17 hrs, Police were present at a residence in the 100 block of 12th St.   A 32 year old male within the residence was found to have a warrant for his arrest for Utter Forged Document x2, which was issued by the R.C.M.P.  The male was arrested on the strength of the warrant and conveyed to the Brandon Police Service to appear before a Justice regarding the matter.

Fail to Comply with Court Order:

On 2022-01-23 at approximately 03:28 hrs, Police were in the area of the 400 block of 12th St.  Police located an intoxicated 30 year old female who was found to be bound by a Court Order which included conditions to abide by a daily curfew and to abstain from the consumption of alcohol and non-medical drugs.  The female was breaching her conditions and subsequently arrested.  The female was later released by way of Appearance Notice with a future court date.

Break and Enter:

On 2022-01-23 at 03:28 hrs, Police received a report that two people were committing a break and enter to a residence in the 400 block of 12th St.  Police located and arrested a 39 year old male and a 44 year old male believed to be responsible for the break and enter.  Both males were conveyed to the Brandon Police Service where they were later released by way of Undertaking with a future court date.
