Breach of Peace:
On 2022-01-21 at 18:39 hrs, Police were called to an address on Alaska Bay regarding a disturbance. Police located and arrested an intoxicated 34 year old male. The male was detained at the Brandon Police Service to be released when sober.
On 2022-01-21 at 23:30 hrs, Police were dispatched regarding a disturbance at a hotel located in the 1100 block of 18th St. Police located and arrested an intoxicated 36 year old male. The male was detained at the Brandon Police Service to be released when sober.
Breach of the Peace:
On 2022-01-21 at 23:49 hrs, Police were dispatched regarding a disturbance at a hotel located in the 200 block of 18th St. North. Police located and intoxicated 34 year old male. The male was detained at the Brandon Police Service to be released when sober.
IPDA:
On 2022-01-22 at 01:41 hrs, Police were called to the 800 block of Pacific regarding suspicious person(s) checking vehicles. Police located an intoxicated 27 year old male in the area. The male was arrested under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act. The male was detained at the Brandon Police Service to be released when sober.
Arrest Warrant:
On 2022-01-21 at 20:54 hrs, Police attended to a residence on Westaway Bay in an attempt to locate a male youth wanted on a Warrant for Fail to Comply Probation and Fail to Attend Court. The youth was located and arrested on the strength of the warrant. The youth was released by way of Appearance Notice with a future court date.
Arrest Warrant/Breach of Release Order:
On 2022-01-22 at 02:43 hrs, Police conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Lorne Ave. A 27 year old male passenger in the vehicle was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested on the strength of the noted warrant. The male was also found to be breaching his daily curfew (10:00pm – 07:00am) as per a condition of a prior Release Order. The male was conveyed and detained at the Brandon Police Service where he will appear before a Justice regarding the matter.
On 2022-01-21 at approximately 16:00 hrs, a 27 year old male attended the Brandon Police Service regarding his outstanding Warrant of Arrest (Assault/Domestic related). The male was arrested and detained at the Brandon Police Service to appear before a Justice regarding the matter.
