Warrant
On the evening of December 4th, 2022 at 5:55 pm, police responded to the Corral Centre for a male and female that refused to pay their taxi fare. A check of police records discovered both subjects had outstanding warrants of arrest held by Brandon Police Service for Theft Under $5000. The 29 year old female and her 25 year old male counterpart were arrested and released with a court date of January 23rd, 2023.
Domestic
On December 4th, 2022 at 7:56 pm, police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence on Falcon Crescent. Police investigation discovered a 33 year old female had been assaulted by her 33 year old husband. The male was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service where he will issued an Undertaking to appear in court on January 5th, 2023.
Breach of Peace
On December 5th, 2022 at 12:20 a.m., police responded to the 800 block of Pacific Avenue for a report an intoxicated individual causing a disturbance. A 46 year male was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.
On December 5th, 2022 at 0315 hrs, police attended to a location in the 800 block of Pacific Avenue to locate an individual with an outstanding warrant. The 36 year old female was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service for court on December 5th, 2022 for the charges of Fail to Attend Court.
