Impaired Driver
On 2021/08/28 at 2:14 A.M. BPS received a report of an erratic driver near 34th Street and Victoria Avenue. The caller stated that a vehicle drove over the boulevard and almost hit two pedestrians. At 2:25 A.M. police locate the vehicle in the 3400 block of Centennial Boulevard and initiated a traffic stop. The driver of the vehicle displayed signs of impairment and the passenger was in possession of open liquor. Two roadside screening tests were administered and the driver failed both. A 17 year old female was released and given an Immediate Roadside Prohibition
