Warrant for Breach of Probation

 

Winnipeg Police Service arrested a 31 year old male on a Brandon Police Service warrant for 3 counts of Breach of Probation. He was held for court in Winnipeg.

 

At 12:44 pm, a 26 year old male was arrested as a result of a traffic stop on Highway 1. He had a warrant for Fail to Comply with Probation order. He was released from custody for a later court date.

 

Carry Concealed Weapon

 

At 8:33 pm, officers attended to the 1500 block of Louise Ave for a call of people looking into vehicles. A 17 year old male was located in the area and was found to have a machete concealed in his clothing. He was also breaching his release order which stated he was not to be in possession of any weapons. He was arrested and held for court in the morning.

 

Fail to Comply with Release Order

 

At 9:15 pm, Police received a call to remove an unwanted intoxicated person from an address on Alaska Bay. Police attended and located and 18 year old male who was breaching his conditions not to consume alcohol and disobeying his curfew. He was arrested and held until sober and released for a later court date.

 

Breach of Peace

 

At 10:30 Police attended to a Disturbance in the 1000 block of 18th St and arrested a 22 year old female who was highly intoxicated and causing problems. She was held in custody until sober and released without charges.

 

Warrant for Multiple Firearms Offences

 

Manitoba First Nations Police arrested a 20 year old male on Brandon Police Service Warrants. He had numerous charges including Pointing a Firearm, Careless use of a Firearm, Using Firearm during the commission of an Offence. He is being held in custody for court in the morning.

 

Break and Enter

 

At 12:27 am, police responded to an alarm at a business in the 200 block of Rosser Ave. It was determined the suspect gained entry to the business through a window he broke and stole a Trek Powerfly E-Bike. This incident is still under investigation.
