Arrest Warrant
On February 4th, 2023, police arrested a 40 year old woman from Brandon on the strength of a BPS Unendorsed Warrant for failing to attend court. The woman was held in custody for Remand.
Assault / Utter Threats
On February 4th, 2023 police arrested a 46 year old man from rural Manitoba who was involved in an incident which occurred in Brandon on January 27th 2023. The man was released on an Undertaking and will appear in Brandon Court on April 6th, 2023.
On February 4th, 2023 police arrested a 29 year old woman from Brandon on the strength of a BPS warrant for Breach of Probation. The woman was released on an Appearance Notice and will appear in Brandon Court on March 20th, 2023.

Assault
On February 4th, 2023 police arrested a 42 year old Brandon man as a result of a domestic related complaint at a residence in the area of Lorne Avenue East. The man was released on an Undertaking and will appear in Brandon Court on March 20th, 2023.
On February 4th, 2023 police arrested a 30 year old man from Brandon on the strength of a BPS warrant for Breaching his Release Order. The man was released on an Appearance Notice and will appear in Brandon Court on March 20th, 2023.
On February 4th, 2023 RCMP arrested a 29 year old man from Brandon on the strength of a BPS warrant for Sexual Assault and Forcible Confinement. The man was held in custody for remand and will appear in court at their point in the morning.
On February 4th, 2023 Brandon Police arrested a 45 year old man from Brandon on the strength of a BPS unendorsed warrant for Fail to attend Court and Theft Under $ 5000.00. The man was held in custody for Remand in the morning.
Break and Enter
On February 4th, 2023 police arrested a 35 year old man from Brandon as a result of a break and enter complaint that occurred at a residence located in the Princess Avenue East area. The man was subsequently released on an Undertaking to appear in Brandon Court on April 3rd, 2023.
Assault Causing Bodily Harm
On February 5th, 2023 police arrested a 35 year old man from Brandon as a result of a fight complaint at a residence in the North end of Brandon. The man was held in custody and will appear in Remand in the morning.
