Break and Enter

On August 30, 2021, police responded to a report of a break and enter to a construction site on Plateau Drive.  Suspects entered a trailer between August 27 and August 30 by forcing the door.  Stolen were a number of power tools estimated to be worth over $10,000.  Anyone with information regarding this B&E and Theft is encouraged to contact Brandon Police Service at 204-729-2345 or https://www.brandon.ca/police-contact/police-contact.

 

Arrest Warrants

On August 30, 2021, police located and arrested a 23-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charges of Theft Under $5000 X4 and Fail to Attend Court.  He was later released to appear in court on November 22, 2021.

On August 30, 2021, police located and arrested a 29-year-old female who was wanted on outstanding charges of Assault, Fail to Attend Court, Fail to Comply with Undertaking and Mischief to Property.  She was later released to appear in court on November 22, 2021.

On August 30, 2021, police responded to a report of a disturbance in a residence shortly before 5:00 pm.  One of the individuals involved was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Comply with Release Order.  The 31-year-old male was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today.

 

IPDA

On August 30, 2021 shortly before 3:00 pm, police located a 19-year-old intoxicated female in the 400 block of Rosser Ave.  The female was in no condition to care for herself.  She was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

On August 30, 2021 shortly after 4:00 pm, police responded to a report of an intoxicated female in the area of Confederation Bay.  Police located the 27-year-old female who was in no condition to care for herself.  She was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

On August 30, 2021 shortly before 9:00 pm, police responded to a report of an intoxicated male walking into traffic near the 1200 block of 18th street.  The 44-year-old male was located nearby and in no condition to care for himself.  He was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

 

Breach of Peace

On August 31, 2021, shortly before 4:00 am, police responded to a report of a male kicking vehicle tires in the 300 block of 11th street, before laying on the roadway.  To prevent his behavior from escalating, the 37-year-old male was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.
