Public Mischief
On August 29, 2021, police stopped a male cyclist who was travelling down the center of the road in the 1600 block of McTavish shortly before 10:00 am. The male provided police with a false name to avoid arrest, as he was to abide by conditions not to attend the City Of Brandon. Once police learned his identity, the 31-year-old male was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service. He appeared in court yesterday on charges of Public Mischief and Fai to comply with Release Order.
