Break and Enter to Business

On September 27, 2021, police responded to a report of a break and enter to a business compound in the 1500 block of 1st street N.  Suspects gained entry between September 24 and September 27.  Stolen were assorted tools including a Milwaukee grease gun.

Arrest Warrants

On September 27, 2021, a 41-year-old female attended Brandon Police Service, as she was aware of an outstanding arrest warrant in effect.  She was later released to appear in court on November 11, 2021 on a charge of Fail to comply with Undertaking.

On September 27, 2021, police located and arrested a 22-year-old female who was wanted on outstanding charges of Possess Property Obtained by Crime, a Fail to Attend Court.  She was later released to appear in court at a later date.

On September 27, 2021, police responded to a report of a disturbance in a residence shortly before 9:00 pm.  A 34-year-old male involved was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Comply with Release Order X 2.  He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today.

On September 27, 2021, police located and arrested a 38-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charges of Theft Under $5000, Fail to Attend Court.  He was released to appear in court on a later date.

 

Breach of Peace

On September 27, 2021, shortly before 2:00 pm, police responded to a report of female who was unwelcome due to her behavior in a business in the 1500 block of 18th street.  The 33-year-old female was found to be under the influence of illicit drugs.  She was lodged at Brandon Police Service to prevent the continuation of her behavior.

 

Breach of Peace

On September 27, 2021, police responded to a report of two individuals causing problems at ta business in the 000 block of Willowdale Cres shortly after 9:00 pm.  An intoxicated 23-year-old male was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober to prevent the continuation of his behavior.
