Theft Under $5000

 On Wednesday, October 27th, at approximately1333 hrs, a 24 yr old female was located in the 2200 block of Princess Ave and found to be in possession of items stolen from a camper in the 2200 block of Princess Ave. The female was released on a Appearance Notice to appear in Brandon Court on 10th December 2021.

 

Possess Child Pornography

 On Wednesday, October 27th, at approximately 2039 hrs, a 33 yr old Brandon male was checked at his residence and found to be in possession of a lap top computer in contravention of his court order. Images believed to be child pornography where located on the laptop. The male was arrested without incident and will appear in Court on Thursday October 28th to answer to the charge.

 

Breach of Release Order and Possess Weapon Dangerous

 On Thursday, October 28th, at approximately 0253 hrs, police located a 34 yr old Brandon male in the 900 block of Victoria Ave. He was found to be in breach of a curfew.  Search incident to arrest led police to locate a canister of bear spray in his possession. The male was arrested without further incident and will appear in Court on Thursday October 28th to answer to the charge.

  

Theft Under $5000

 On Wednesday, October 27th, at approximately 2237 hrs, police received a complaint from a business in the 700 blk of 18th Street that a donation can was stolen from within the business. With the help of video surveillance a 22 year old Brandon female was identified and arrested in the 800 blk of 16th Street at approximately 0316 hrs. The female will be released in the am to appear in court for 30th December 2021.

 

IPDA and Breach of The Peace

 Over the last 24 hrs there were two females and a male lodged for IPDA and one female lodged for Breach of the Peace.
