Breach of Peace

On June 26, 2022, police responded to a report of screaming coming from an apartment at approximately 7:00 am.  Investigation revealed that a 30-year-old male was intoxicated and arguing with another individual in the apartment.  To prevent the situation from escalating, he was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

 

Arrest Warrant

On June 26, 2022, police conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of 15th street at approximately 11:00 am.  The driver was found to be the subject of an outstanding arrest warrant for Fail to Comply with Court Order.  He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today.

 

Mischief Under $5000

On June 26, 2022 at approximately 12:00 pm, police responded to a report of a female spray-painting a business in the 800 block of Rosser Ave.  Police located and arrested the 35-year-old female and lodged her at Brandon Police Service. She will be released once sober to appear in court on August 26, 2022 on a charge of Mischief Under $5000.

 

Fail to Comply with Undertaking

On June 26, 2022 at approximately 5:00 pm, police observed an individual on the property of a business in the 900 block of Victoria Ave.  The officer was aware that the individual was to abide by a condition not to attend that address.  The 24-year-old female was arrested and later released to appear in court on August 18, 2022 on a charge of Fail to Comply with Undertaking.
