Assault, Assault with a Weapon – Warrant
On June 24th, 2022 a 24 year old woman from Brandon turned herself into police when she discovered that BPS held a warrant for her arrest. She was subsequently released on an Appearance Notice to appear in Brandon Court to answer to the above noted charges on July 18th, 2022.
Utter Threats - Warrant
On June 24th, 2022 a 20 year old Brandon man was located at his residence and arrested on the strength of a BPS warrant. The man was held in custody and will appear in remand this morning.
On June 24th, 2022 a 42 year old woman from Virden who was located by police during a traffic stop was found to have an Endorsed Warrant for Assault. The woman was released on an Appearance Notice to attend court in Virden on August 5th, 2022.

On June 24th, 2022 at 1849 pm police responded to a complaint of a woman from outside of Brandon who was intoxicated and causing problems at a hotel in the 1100 blk of 18th Street. The 42 year old woman was located by police and lodged at BPS until sober.
Breach of Release Order X 5
On June 24th, 2022 police located an 18 year old Brandon man at a residence in the 400 blk of 2nd Street and took him into custody for 5 breaches of his release order from a previous incidents. The man will appear in court this morning.
Breach of Peace
On June 24th, 2022 at 915 pm police responded to a complaint of two woman who were highly intoxicated and fighting near a downtown hotel. The two women who were 28 and 29 years old respectively and both from Brandon were arrested and lodged at BPS to be released when sober.
Fail to Court, Breach off Probation - Warrant
On June 24th, 2022 at 835 pm police responded to a complaint of a disturbance in the 200 blk of 9th Street. A 43 year old Brandon woman who was attempting to evade police was apprehended and found to have warrants. The woman was held in custody and will appear in remand this morning.
