Arrest Warrants
On February 23, 2022, police located and arrested a 24-year-old female who was wanted on an allegation of Non Compliance of a Conditional Sentence Order. She was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today.
On February 23, 2022, police conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of 16th street at approximately 2:00 pm. A 26-year-old male passenger was found to be the subject of an outstanding warrant for Suspension of Statutory Release. He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today.
Fail to Comply with Court Order
On February 23, 2022, police conducted a vehicle stop in the 700 block of 1st street at approximately 12:30 pm. Two passengers in the vehicle were each bound by conditions not to communicate with the other. Police arrested a 38-year-old female and lodged her at Brandon Police Service. She will appear in court today on charges of Fail to Comply with Recognizance. Police also arrested a 48-year-old male and lodged him at Brandon Police Service. He will appear in court today on charges of Fail to Comply with Court Order.
