Break and Enter to Business

On November 22, 2021, police responded to a report of a break and enter to a business in the 300 block of 9th street.  Suspects entered the building by forcing a window open at approximately 11:00 pm.  Stolen was a laptop.  Anyone with information regarding this B&E is encouraged to contact Brandon Police Service at 204-729-2345 or https://www.brandon.ca/police-contact/police-contact.

 

Breach of Peace

On November 23, 2021, shortly before 1:00 am, police responded to a report of an intoxicated female trying to fight others inside a residence.  Her family was unable to prevent her actions from escalating.  The 35-year-old female was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

 

Fail to Comply with Probation

On November 22, 2021 shortly after 1:00 pm, police responded to a report of a 27-year-old female at a business in the 900 block of Victoria Ave contrary to an order preventing her from being there.  The female was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service.  She was later released to appear in court on December 23, 2021 on a charge of Fail to comply with Probation.

 

Drive While Prohibited

On November 22, 2021, police conducted a traffic stop in the 1500 block of 1st street.  The 38-year-old female driver was found to be prohibited from driving.  She was arrested and later released to appear in court on January 24, 2022 on a charge of Drive While Prohibited.

 

Stolen Vehicle recovered

On November 22, 2021, police located the stolen 2011 red Chev Cruz, which had been reported stolen the day prior.  It was parked and unoccupied in the 1700 block of Middleton Ave.   Anyone with information regarding this vehicle theft is encouraged to contact Brandon Police Service at 204-729-2345 or https://www.brandon.ca/police-contact/police-contact.
