Domestic Assault

At 0930 hrs, police received a report from a female victim stating that she had been assaulted by her 49 boyfriend. Upon speaking with the victim, it was evident by the injuries she had on her face that she had been the victim of an assault. The male suspect was located and held in custody to appear in court on one count of domestic assault.

 

Arrest Warrant Executed

At 1900 hrs, police located a 37 year old male at the Brandon Regional Health Centre who was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for possession of a dangerous weapon. He arrested and released with a court date in December.

 

Arrest Warrant Executed

At 2000 hrs , police located a 19 year old female in the 800 block of Pacific ave whom was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant. She was arrested and released to appear in court in November.

 

Theft of Motor Vehicle

At 2100 hrs, police received a report of vehicle which had been stolen from a hotel in the 3100 block of Victoria ave. The owner advised police who was responsible for the theft as she knew him. A warrant has been issued for a 16 year male youth.

 

Arrest Warrant Executed

Police attended to a residence in the 700 block of 10th street to locate a 41 year old male that was wanted on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court and possession of a controlled substance. The male was arrested and released with a court date in December.

 

Breach of Release Order

At 2200 hrs, police attended to a residence in the 400 block of 5th street for a disturbance. Police located two intoxicated individuals whom were both causing a disturbance. A 54 year old male was arrested for breaching his release order and held in custody to appear in court. A 34 year old female was also arrested for breach of the peace and lodged in cells until sober.
