Arrest Warrant

On May 19, 2021, police located and arrested a 17-year-old male youth who was wanted on an outstanding charge of Fail to comply with Probation.  He was released to appear in court on August 24, 2021.

 

IPDA

On May 19, 2021, at approximately 1:30 pm, police responded to a report of an intoxicated male in the 800 block of Princess Ave.  The 59-year-old male was in no condition to care for himself.  He was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

 

Breach of Peace

On May 19, 2021, shortly after 9:00 pm, police responded to a report of an intoxicated youth at a residence who was trying to fight others in the home.  The 15-year-old male’s caregivers were unable to prevent his behavior from escalating.  He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

 

Assault

On May 19, 2021, police responded to a report of an assault at a residence.  Witnesses observed the 44-year-old male suspect drag the victim up a set of stairs.  The suspect was arrested and later released to appear in court on August 19, 2021 on a charge of Assault.  The victim did not require medical attention.

 

Mischief Under $1000

On October 6, 2020, police responded to a report of damage to a window of a business in the 1500 block of Rosser.  Investigation in the mischief revealed that a 37-year-old male suspect deliberately caused the damage.  He was located and arrested on May 19, 2021, and later released to appear in court on August 19, 2021 on a charge of Mischief Under $5000.

 

Fail to Comply with Probation

On May 20, 2021 shortly before 2:00 am, police responded to a report of a disturbance in a residence.  A 29-year-old intoxicated male was trying to fight others in the residence.  Police learned he was to abide by conditions not to communicate with one other individual in the home.  He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service due to his intoxication level.  He will be released once sober to appear in court on June 21, 2021 on a charge of Fail to Comply with Probation X2.

 

Fail to Comply with Undertaking

On May 20, 2021, police located a male pedestrian shortly before 3:00 am, who was known to have a court ordered curfew.  The 25-year-old male was arrested and later released to appear in court on August 19, 2021 on a charge of Fail to Comply with Undertaking.
