Intoxicated Persons Detention Act

At 8:32am, police located a 42 year old female in the 1800’ block of Princess Ave who was highly intoxicated.  She was lodged at BPS to be released once sober.

 

Breach of Peace

At 10:45am, police responded to a disturbance at a residence in the 400’ block of McTavish Ave.  A 21 year old man was found to be under the influence of methamphetamine.  He was lodged at BPS to be released once sober.

 

LGCCA – Disorderly in a Licensed Premise

At 8:20pm, police were called to a business in the 2100’ block of Currie Blvd for a 37 year old female who was causing a disturbance in a licensed premise.  She was arrested and lodged at BPS to be released on a ticket under the LGCCA once sober.

 

Breach of Peace

At 11:50pm, police responded to a disturbance at a residence in the 1500’ block of 26th Street.  A 16 year old female was found to be intoxicated and causing problems.  She was arrested and lodged at BPS to be released once sober.

 

Arrest Warrant Executed (Domestic Assault)

At 3:45am, police located a 41 year old man at his residence on Cornell Bay who was wanted for domestic assault.  He was Lodged at BPS to appear in court in the morning.

 

Intoxicated Persons Detention Act

At 5:46am, police observed a 17 year old female in the 200’ block of Louise Ave who was highly intoxicated.  As she was not welcome at home, she was lodged at BPS to be released when sober.
