Break and Enter
A report of a break and enter was received to a trailer in the 100 block of 18th St. The offence occurred sometime between 5:00 pm on September 15th and 7:40 am on September 16th. Numerous tools were stolen from this site. If anyone has any further details please contact BPS.
Assault
At 9:30 am Police received a call about a fight taking place in the 1900 block of 1st St. Police learned that a 16 year old male kicked another youth in the head, resulting in minor injury. The accused was later released for a later court date.
Break and Enter to a Residence
A break and enter was reported to have occurred to a garage at a residence on Lakeview Dr. The suspects forced entry through the man door and stole a variety of tools. Police continue to investigate this matter.
Sexual Assault
As a result of an ongoing investigation from a matter previously reported, a 37 year old male was charged with sexually assaulting a female at a residence in the 200 block of 8th St on July 25th. The male was charged and released for a later court date.
Intoxicated Persons
A 24 year old male and 36 year old male were both arrested for being intoxicated in Public and were lodged until sober and released without charges.
