Possession of Property Obtained by Crime

On September 15, 2021, at approximately 0545 hours, officers attended the 1000 block of Kirkaldy Drive for a motor vehicle collision.  The vehicle involved was confirmed to be stolen.  As a result, a 42-year-old female occupant was arrested and lodged to appear in court this morning.

 

Arrest Warrant Executed

At approximately 0556 hours, officers attended a residence on Broda Bay for report of a male passed out on the front lawn. A 36-year-old male was located and confirmed to have an unendorsed warrant for his arrest.  He was arrested and lodged to appear in court this morning. 

 

Arrest Warrant Executed

At approximately 2011 hours, officers conducted a pedestrian check in the 900 block of Rosser Avenue. The 19-year-old female was confirmed to have a warrant for her arrest.  Search incident to arrest for the warrant revealed she was in possession of a quantity of Crystal Methamphetamine and a knife.  The accused was found to be on conditions not to possess illegal drugs or weapons.  Additionally, she was charged with Fail to Comply with a Release Order x2 and Possession of a Controlled Substance.  She was lodged to appear in court this morning. 

 

IPDA

At approximately 2129 hours, officers conducted a pedestrian check in the 000 block of 10th Street.  The 38-year-old male was found to be highly intoxicated and had nowhere to stay.  He was lodged at Brandon Police Service to be released once sober.
