Break and Enters

On November 15, 2021, police responded to a report of a break and enter to a residential garage on Buttercup Bay.  Suspects entered through an unlocked door overnight and stole a cordless Dewalt drill, a yellow spot lamp, and a black and red tool bag filled with assorted tools. 

On November 15, 2021, police responded to a report of a break and enter to a residential garage in the 300 block of 19th street N.  Suspects entered by forcing open a door overnight.  It is not believed anything was stolen.

On November 15, 2021, police responded to a report of a break and enter to a residential shed in the 300 block of Douglas Street.  Suspects cut the lock overnight.  It is not believed anything was stolen.

Fail to Comply with Undertaking

On November 15, 2021, at 11:30 am, police came across two pedestrians, and were aware that the two youth, a 17-year-old female and a 15-year-old male, were to abide by conditions not to communicate with one another.  The youth were arrested and later released to appear in court on December 21, 2021 on charges of Fail to Comply with Undertaking.

 

Breach of Peace

On November 15, 2021, shortly before 1:00 pm, police responded to several reports of a 29-year-old male who was harassing employees at businesses in the area of 18th street and Brandon Ave.  The male was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service to prevent his behavior from continuing.

On November 15, 2021 shortly before 2:00 pm, police responded to a report of an intoxicated male in the 1200 block of Rosser Ave.  His behavior was causing concern for others in the area.  The 45-year-old male was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service to prevent his behavior from continuing.

On November 15, 2021 shortly before 5:00 pm, police responded to a report of an intoxicated female who was becoming aggressive towards a family member.  Police arrested the 50-year-old female and lodged her at Brandon Police Service to prevent the behavior from continuing.

On November 15, 2021 at 9:00 am, police responded to a report of a 24-year-old female who was under the influence of illicit drugs.  Family members were concerned for her wellbeing as her behavior was unpredictable and escalating.  Police arrested the female and lodged her at Brandon Police Service.

On November 15, 2021 at approximately 7:40 pm, police responded to a report of an intoxicated female causing a disturbance in a residence.  The female continued to cause disturbances at neighboring homes.  Police arrested the 35-year-old female to prevent her behavior from continuing. She was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

On November 16, 2021 shortly after 1:00 am, police responded to a report of an intoxicated female trying to fights others in a residence.  Police arrested the 28-year-old female and lodged her at Brandon Police Service until sober.

 

Fail to Comply with Undertaking

On November 15, 2021 shortly before 5:00 pm, police responded to a report of a female who was causing problems in a business in the 1500 block of 18th street.  Police learned that the 19-year-old female was to abide by a court order not to attend the business.  She was arrested and later released to appear in court on January 24, 2022 on a charge of Fail to comply with Undertaking.
