Arrest Warrant Executed

At 1045 hrs, BPS received a request from the RCMP to check a residence on Cornell Bay whom was evading an outstanding arrest warrant. Police located the 16 year old male youth and released him on to appear before the courts in December.

 

Intoxicated Person

At 1100 hrs, police responded to a residence in the 200 block of 4th street in response to highly intoxicated person that was trying to enter a residence. Members attended and located a 33 year female grossly intoxicated and was unable to care for herself. She was lodged in BPS cells until sober.

 

Arrest Warrant Executed

At 1330 hrs, police observed a 36 year old female walking in the 500 block of 10th street whom was known to have outstanding warrant for her arrest. The female was arrested and released from custody with a court date in December.

 

Theft of Vehicle

At 1732 hrs, police received a report of a vehicle being stolen from a business in the 500 Block of Rosser. When the owner returned from the business, their vehicle had been stolen. Within minutes, members located the vehicle being operated by a 21 year old female. She was arrested without incident and released with a court date in December.

 

Intoxicated Person

At 1845 hrs, police attended to a parking lot in the 900 block of Victoria ave in response to a male bothering customers and arguing with his girlfriend. Members located a 37 year male highly intoxicated and causing a disturbance. He was lodged in BPS cells until sober.

 

Assault with a Weapon

At 1952 hrs, police received a report of a domestic assault which had taken place. The female victim indicated that her 44 year old husband had been arguing with her and at one point during the argument held a knife to her throat. Police attended to the residence and located the suspect who was highly intoxicated and placed him under arrest. He was lodged in BPS cells until sober where he would be released on conditions.

 

Mischief to Property

At 2235 hrs, police received a report that a female threw part of a wooden barrier through the complainant’s window in the 1000 of Louise ave. Members patrolled the area looking for the female suspect and located a 30 year old female in the 300 block of 10th St.  The female was high on drugs and was unable to provide members with her name and she had no ID on her. She was arrested and lodged in BPS cells where should be released when sober with a court date in November.
