At approximately 9:00 pm on December 12, 2021, police responded to report of a break and enter in the 400 block of 26th Street.  An unknown intoxicated male had entered a residence at which time he was removed by the homeowner.  The 38-year-old suspect was located in the area and confirmed to be highly intoxicated.  He was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

 

Arrest Warrants

At approximately 1:20 am on December 13, 2021, police conducted a traffic stop in the area of 26th Street and Poplar Drive.  A 41-year-old male passenger was found to be wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Comply with a Release Order.  He was also charged with public mischief for providing a false name and Fail to Comply with a Release Order for consuming alcohol. He was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today.

As a result of the same traffic stop, police arrested the 34-year-old female driver who was wanted on outstanding charges of Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose.  She was additionally charged with Fail to Comply with a Release Order for not abiding by curfew.  She was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today.
